Bridge Street - After Renovation

This extensive project consisted of a floor-to-ceiling interior and full exterior renovation of a house built in 1875. Almost every building element was renovated or repaired. Electrical outlets, switches and light fixtures were updated. Blown insulation was added to the attic spaces. The original pine floors were refinished. Engineered maple flooring was installed in main bedroom. All exterior and interior walls were refinished and/or painted. The garage was also renovated with the addition of a new door, insulation, metal roof, soffit, fascia, framing, wall covering, 100A service panel, outlets, lights, and hydronic micro-boiler in-floor radiant heat. As the owner I was able to obtain all necessary electrical work permits and Ontario Electrical Safety Authority inspections.
